Origin: All the grapes come from a single plot of 0.55 ha, 67 years. Planted with slight slope. With a planting of 1,2×2,8m. Average production of 8000kg / ha.

Viticulture: Following the concepts of organic viticulture (in process of conversion) was not till the vines, only cases credited much needed fertilizers and organic origin, no pesticides or herbicides are used.
